  1. Make a bechamel sauce. Melt the butter put in the flour. Cook until you get a biscuity odor. Put in the cold milk. Let thicken put in the taragon.
  2. Bake the finely cut sjalots in some butter. Put in the cut mushrooms bake for about 5 min. Put in the broccoli and some tablespons of water.
  3. Cover the pan and cook on a low heat until broccoli is al dente.
  4. Start building the lasagne. Take a oveninhoud and put half tomato sauce on the bottom. Cover with sheets.put on the veg.cover with sheets.put on half the bechamel. Repeat.
  5. The last layer must be bechamel sauce. Finish with the nuts,breadcrumb and butter
  6. Cook for about 30 min in a 190°C oven. Put on the grill for the last 5 min.
  7. Let cool a bit before you serve it. Nice with a green salad.
